Wearing the present with awareness and care, for a better future |
MADE IN BRAZIL We are a 100% Brazilian company. For over 30 years, we have been producing our pieces in Brazil and bringing this quality to the world. We aim to create value for our country and strengthen our industry so that Brazilian fashion can be appreciated globally. #madeinbrazil Additionally, we take pride in female entrepreneurship, which is in our brand’s DNA. 98% of our team is made up of women. Every step of the creation, development, production, and sale of our products comes from the hard work and determination of the women who make this brand a true space for empowerment. |

WASTE GENERATION Today, our main waste consists of leftover raw materials from the production of our pieces, such as fabric scraps and elastics. All these materials are properly sorted and directed toward circularity initiatives, which you can learn more about in the next section. The recyclable waste generated within our company is correctly separated and sent for selective collection. In 2024, we began replacing our plastic packaging with new sugarcane-based packaging— a renewable, responsible, and 100% recyclable material: I'M GREEN™ BIO-BASED. |

CIRCULARITY We want our products to be of the highest quality and have long durability, reducing waste. Our goal is to reuse materials whenever possible and minimize environmental impact while maintaining their value for longer. We are always looking for ways to repurpose our waste. Fabrics, trims, and sample pieces that were not used in our collections are made available through our internal company bazaar and donated to NGOs such as Base Transformar in Campinas, Brazil. There is always room for improvement, so we continue to seek ideas and partners to enhance our circularity efforts. Do you have any recommendations, suggestions, or ideas on this topic? We’d love to hear from you! Send your tips and suggestions via email to juliana@trilhaverao.com.br. |

SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY We believe that fashion can have a positive impact on people, and we are committed to making this industry more conscious and sustainable. For us, the first step towards social and environmental responsibility in the fashion world is to ask: Where does my clothing come from? Who made my clothing? Understanding what goes on behind each piece is essential to ensure that the industry is sustainable, responsible, and ethical. We are dedicated to social and environmental responsibility and strive to make the fashion industry increasingly better and more conscious. We continuously seek transparency, the use of eco-friendly materials, the reduction of plastic within our company, and the proper disposal of waste. We care about the safety and well-being of our employees and are always looking to improve. |

USE OF ECO-FRIENDLY FABRICS We are constantly striving for improvement, which is why we are always looking for fabrics and trims that are friendly to the world and the environment. Today, the main materials we use in this eco-friendly line are from the CO2control®️ family by Santaconstancia, such as Fluity -(CO2)®️ A.O.P., which is a compact knit made with elastane and biodegradable nylon microfiber. The latter features a Brazilian, innovative technology that is pioneering worldwide. The formulation of this Nylon 6.6 has been improved to allow garments made from it to decompose quickly after being discarded in landfills. What used to take decades to decompose in nylon (also known as polyamide) now happens in less than 3 years. This fiber, named AMNI Soul Eco®️, was researched and developed by Rhodia®️, a company in the Solvay®️ group. Its permanent anti-odor technology controls odor and is embedded in the fiber, so it does not wash out. Fluity -(CO2)®️ A.O.P. is part of the CO2control®️ family, a production concept by Santaconstancia aimed at offering more environmentally friendly products. Another fabric we use frequently is Nakay from Rosset, certified with Amni® Soul Eco technology, a biodegradable polyamide fiber. Its improved formula allows all garments made with this innovative technology to decompose quickly when properly discarded in landfills. Additionally, it exhibits accelerated decomposition in marine environments for microplastics generated during the washing of garments that may eventually reach the ocean. The vast majority of the fabrics we use are certified by OEKOTEX STANDARD 100, the "confidence in textiles" label, which guarantees the complete absence of substances harmful to humans and the environment. |
