Where can I buy Trilha Verão products?
In Brazil, our wholesale showroom and retail store are located in Campinas-SP, at Rua General Osório 2266, Cambuí. It will be a pleasure to welcome your visit!
In Spain, our showroom is located in Barcelona: Carrer de Paris 89, Entresuelo 2, and we have physical points of sale in the city. Contact our representative via WhatsApp at +34 610 36 05 62.
In Portugal, contact our representative via WhatsApp and check the nearest point of sale at +351 961 925 899.

Can I buy online and pick up in the physical store?
Yes, and there is no shipping cost! Remember, in this case, you need to complete the payment on our website, and the pickup will only be available when the order status is changed to "Ready for Pickup."

Can I buy if I am outside Brazil?
Yes! We also ship internationally.

Can I return my order?
Yes! Returns are free, and the return period is 7 days after receiving the order. Returned products must follow the conditions specified in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS icon to be accepted. In that same icon, you will find the step-by-step guide to make your return.
For international shipments, we do not accept exchanges or returns, except in the case of factory defects. Please note that our products are always tested and reviewed by our quality team.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes! The exchange period is 30 days after receiving the order. Returned products must follow the conditions specified in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS icon to be accepted. In that same icon, you will find the step-by-step guide to make your exchange.
We cover the costs only for the first exchange of an order.
For international shipments, we do not accept exchanges or returns, except in the case of factory defects. Please note that our products are always tested and reviewed by our quality team.

What is my size?
Our size chart will help you choose the right size for you! It will be available when you select the size on the product page.

How to take my measurements?
BUST: Measure the region of your bust with a measuring tape, breathing normally, and note the largest number.
WAIST: Measure the region of your waist, which is the narrowest part of your torso.
HIPS: Measure the region of your hips, which is the widest part below the waist and passes through the highest part of your glutes.
HEIGHT - PANTS: This measurement represents the length of the pants, without stretching. Remember that our fabrics have elasticity. This measurement is taken from the waistband to the hem.
Remember, if your measurements are between two sizes, choose the smaller size if you prefer a more fitted look, or the larger size if you prefer a looser fit.

What are the payment options?
We accept credit card, PayPal, Pix (bank transfer) for both full payment and installments.
With PayPal and credit card, you can split the payment into up to 4 installments.
With Pix for full payment, you will get a 10% discount. After payment, please send the proof of payment and your order number to sac@trilhaverao.com.br
Once your payment is confirmed, your order status will be changed to Approved, and it will be processed for delivery. If payment is not made, the order may be canceled. Please note that Pix payment confirmation is only done on weekdays between 9 AM and 6 PM, and it may take up to 1 business day! If you make your order on the weekend or a holiday, don't worry! Your order will remain on hold, and your payment will be confirmed on the next business day.
The Pix discount may change during promotional campaigns and sales.

Questions about discount coupons
Whenever you have a discount coupon, you can use it at checkout before selecting the payment method.
Please note that discount coupons are inactive when the online store is running a promotion!

What are the shipping options?
We offer national shipping via Correios or free pickup at our physical store in Campinas. International orders are shipped through DHL.
You can choose the shipping option when completing your order.
